Had a blast with friends! We visited Graceland and checked out the local zoo. The hotel's location was convenient, close to fun activities like the walk of fame. It was a great spot to rest after our adventures.

The hotel was in a central location close to the event I attended. I had Disability Access room with the bathroom, the TV, adequate lighting, which was important.

This hotel was great place for exploring Memphis, appreciated it. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with towels and a refrigerator, for instance. The employees were pleasant and accommodating.

Free parking was great. Wi-Fi was very slow, making work difficult.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring I got great rest each night. The room was clean with updated decor. I appreciated the ample free parking, easy to come and go during my adventures.

The beds were very worn out, while turning you were always awake because the bed squeaked. The toilet was a gray the bowl was not fixed when you sat down on it, you did not know if you fall over. the hotel is very loud at night

The bed was comfortable and provided good rest.

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed mold and water damage on the ceiling, rather disturbing. I also saw broken windows on lower levels as I navigated the building.

The room smelled a lot like cigarettes

The stay was primarily for visiting attractions nearby, like Shelby Farms Park and Chickasaw Lake. I appreciated that the location made it so easy to explore these beautiful areas. The hardwood floors throughout the hotel gave a clean vibe, which was refreshing. The beds were quite comfortable, and I had no issues with bed bugs, which is always a plus. While some amenities were not available as advertised, the room itself was okay, especially considering it was recently painted, even if it showed some wear.

I appreciated the clean rooms and great location, easy to explore attractions like Graceland. The staff were responsive and accommodating. I felt secure with the on-site security measures.
